2. We do not guarantee any such outcome or ROI based on the strategies mentioned. We do not guarantee results in the form of audience growth or monetary gain. All strategies and suggested acted upon you're doing so fully independently and understanding ​it's of your own risk.
3. We do not offer refunds on any digital products or downloads. Your initial sale is final. If you are to enter into a program arrangement with our business, the termination clause is included in your program contract. *Note, for the Expert to Empire Accelerator, you have 7 days to inform us if your experience has not been to your expectation and we will review on a case by case basis. 

Refund Guarantee for Ads Management

Performance Guarantee Terms
To ensure our guarantee is fair and performance-driven, here’s how it works:

We charge a one-time, nonrefundable setup fee to cover offer optimization, funnel strategy, copy, creative scripting, and full ad campaign development.

After that, we only charge a monthly retainer if we improve your ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) compared to your previous 60-day rolling average—or, if you’re new to ads, we align on a benchmark CPL or ROAS target at the start of our engagement.

To qualify for the ROAS-based retainer guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

You have an existing coaching or education-based offer generating at least $10K/month, or clear evidence of validated conversions (sales, applications, or high-quality lead flow).

If you've run ads previously, you must provide accurate performance data (CPL, ROAS, spend, leads, etc.) from the last 60 days to set a fair benchmark.

If you’re new to paid traffic, we’ll agree on a custom baseline based on industry standards and early campaign metrics.

You actively collaborate with us to approve creative and funnel revisions in a timely manner (within 48 hours when requested), and maintain access to ad accounts, landing pages, and analytics platforms.

If those criteria are met and we do not improve performance, you are not responsible for the monthly retainer until results exceed your prior baseline.

In other words—no performance, no retainer. We take the risk off your plate once the system is live.
